In this full-time, permanent opportunity, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the President along with Board support functions for this established not-for-profit organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will use your skills and experience to provide high level support while multi-tasking and prioritizing the work and needs at hand. The Executive Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:
Provide high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning, scheduling internal and external client meetings and Board meetings including organizing agendas etc.
Manage expenses, enter and process expense reports with accuracy
Prepare for an attend Board and other meetings; responsible for taking minutes and sharing later
Assisting with event planning and coordination when needed
Perform various office administrative/coordinator functions; assist in the needs of a small office setting which can include but not be limited to, couriers, mail support, office supplies, etc.
