Reports To : Senior Manager, ESG Reporting
Position Summary: CAPREIT is looking for an Analyst, who will be making important contributions to CAPREIT’s growing commitment to ESG and related reporting. This role will report into the Senior Manager, ESG working in close coordination with the department peers responsible for sustainability and social impact programs.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Sustainability and an understanding on ESG reporting and disclosures, with a specific focus on GRESB. As this is an area which is developing rapidly, we are looking for someone who embraces change and can adapt to new requirements easily and with enthusiasm. The candidate will bring in and demonstrate a strong passion in sustainability and will contribute to CAPREIT’s overall ESG practice.
