You are no stranger to complex sales and keeping your sales funnel clean. You are a confident storyteller and can build relationships in the C-Suite. What you will doDrive the creation and acceleration of new business opportunities through the execution of an AE developed deal creation plan. Meet or exceed sales/revenue objectives through the growth of new clients to support overall company growth goals. Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan targeting clients within ZIRO’s ICP segments and industry verticals. Build and manage strategic relationships with operational and executive staff or prospects (Director, Engineering, VP, CIO). Take complete ownership of the sales cycle and client engagement from qualification to close; responsible for overall pipeline management and development. Prioritize activities based on the stage of the sales cycle and the potential value of each opportunity. Focus on high-priority deals that are more likely to close in the near term. Collaborate and coordinate activities with SE team and technical resources to demonstrate ZIRO’s technical expertise and improve proposal effectiveness Respond to RFI's & RFP's to accurately represent the company's capabilities. Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA’s & MSA’s, etc. Regularly update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads, prospects, and opportunities. Ensure that all relevant details, interactions, and milestones are recorded promptly. Conduct regular reviews of the sales pipeline to assess the status of each opportunity. This involves updating the stage of each deal, verifying the accuracy of the sales forecast, and adjusting timelines as needed. Proactively identify and address any stalled or at-risk deals. Regularly communicate with team members to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the status of each opportunity. Funnel management and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with product and service delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and deliver exceptional service. What you need to do itExperience. You have 5+ years of experience selling within the IT or Unified Communications sector. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Independence.
