Currently we are adding aDistrictManager to ourteam to oversee 12 shops in the Mississauga Area across multiple banners. This leadertakes a people &community first approach that inspires emotional connections by celebrating cannabis culture, diversity, and inclusion. We earn guest loyalty through genuine hospitality and we define everything we do throughH ospitality,E xperience,A uthenticity,R espect, andT eamwork(H.E.A.R.T.) .In this role you will be:Building your amazing team; developing through recognition, coaching and enthusiastic communication.Conduct regular store visits along with weekly District meetings to understand the needs and opportunities within your teams.
Ensuring your District operates at its highest level, with commitment to regulatory compliance practices and efficient operations. Aligning day-to-day business with brand strategy, marketing & sales objectives, and long-term financial and key performance targets.
Provide consistent support with the personal development of the store managers in your District
Build a best-in-industry guest experience and then make it even better.
Create a culture of learning within your teams as well as with our guests.Ensure ongoing development for your teams on job related skills and product education using the tools/resources provided

Experience working with best-in-class retail operations, leading multi-door operations a definite asset.
Have a proven track record of successful retail performance and store growth.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrate excellent understanding of analytics and metrics, and keen attention to detail.
Are self-motivated and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Possessing knowledge of cannabis is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.
Able to complete the AGCO CannSell program & successfully complete all required background checks. Able to obtain the AGCO Retail Manager License .
