Performance and Analytics, a division of Regulatory and Analytical Services, is an investment processing service group that provides performance measurement, analytics and reporting services to Asset Management, Insurance, Wealth Management and Pension Funds clients. The department has a global presence with current locations in New York, Toronto, Montreal and Mumbai. Assist with new client initiatives and play a key role for escalating any issues they might find.Provide business analysis for product development items, projects and client-directed queries.Guide and advise on new Performance Services client implementationsProvide oversight of daily and monthly tasks to clients and ensure exceptional quality of client deliverablesContribute to growing the Performance & Analytics business globallyClient SatisfactionDevelop and maintain relationship with high-profile clients and senior executivesUnderstand key client business objectivesCommunicate development plans and service updates to key clientsStay in touch with industry best practices, take client feedback and incorporate into product enhancementsBusiness DevelopmentAssist Sales teams on RFI, RFP and other areas required.Deliver product and service demonstrations to existing and potential clientsAct as primary regional subject matter expert and act as a key performance measurement and analysis resource within the organization.Participate in industry conferences and other professional eventsStaff Development & TrainingPotentially manage and motivate interdisciplinary teams in various global locationsParticipate in hiring staff and grow teams as required by business needsProduct Development and InnovationContribute to strategic product development by designing and recommending new features and enhancements to the product teamResearch, validate and recommend various analysis methodologies to keep current with industry trends and needsWhat You Will Bring:
10-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement or related fieldSolid understanding of investment performance, ex-post risk, GIPS and attribution analysis best practices.Strong knowledge of a range of asset classes, such as equity, fixed income and derivativesCompleted or progressing towards professional level qualification, preferably either CFA or CIPMProven ability to meet strict periodic deliverablesStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence othersAbility to multi-task effectively and ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environmentStrong analytical skills and ability to effectively explain attribution resultsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of ExcelDesired Attributes:
