Eproval is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Associate to support our onboarding process and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This entry-level position involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and permitting needs, configuring permit applications, and responding to client requests through our Help Desk. Additionally, the role requires using JSON, HTML, CSS programming for client onboarding tasks. We are willing to train candidates who possess an aptitude for learning basic programming skills. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in local government or agency work, specifically in special event, film, and park use permitting, who are eager to learn about SaaS configuration.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their permitting needs
Configure and customize permit applications based on client specifications
Manage and respond to client requests for changes or additions to their permit applications via the Help Desk
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues
Work collaboratively with the technical team to translate client needs into technical requirements
Participate in client meetings as needed, with a focus on supporting the majority of client interactions through the Help DeskQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with local government operations and permitting processes for special events, film, and park uses
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn about SaaS platforms and technical configuration
Working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and Adobe Acrobat is an asset.
Basic programming skills in JSON, HTLM, CSS, is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must reside in Canada
