Location: Delta, British-Columbia (We work in a hybrid work model where we request a presence of 2days/week in the office)
Status: Contractual – 18-months (Maternity leave replacement)

In brief, as a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for communicating effectively with our customers, taking orders, and following up on them. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with our sales team in order to achieve the highest level of customer service. You will initiate collaboration between shipping, receiving, accounting and the procurement/logistics department.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and solution-oriented position. We are looking for someone with a positive and professional attitude who will provide dedicated and impeccable customer service.

British-Columbia Applicants: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $45,.00 to $55,.00. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
