We have an immediate opening for a Part Time CustomerService Representativein our Calgary International Airport.The CustomerService Representative would provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.In this position you will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in our location.Location: Calgary InternationalAirportRat of Pay: $16.00/HourWe have multiple openings for this position with the following schedules:Schedule A:Sunday to Wednesday from6:30a to 11:00aSchedule B:Tuesdayto Saturday from6:30a to 11:00aSchedule C:Sundayto Wednesday from 6:15p to 12:00aTakeincoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls forcallback management and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedMust be at least 18 years old2 year College DiplomaMust have at least 2 years prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experienceMust be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI)in past 5 yearsMust have a valid driver”s license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three yearMust be able to work 3-4 shifts/week from 15:30-24:00
