Description
:
Perform all quality tests and follow up with the supervisor and quality control
Bulk sampling and data entry in the corresponding tables
Perform sample analysis for water retention (1 each hour of production), cumulate the results and perform the analysis
Perform quality control tests every hour, if there is non-compliance, repeat a test every 5-10 minutes until the product returns to control
Enter all the real-time production data in the quality files and the checks to be done via tablet
Immediately report any anomaly to quality control, bale weight, uniformity, humidity, well stacked bale, grain size, density etc…
Guide operators to obtain an optimal peat mixture with the least possible loss
Redo new sampling on the peat received at the plant
Conduct and document traceability analyses for peat
Follow up on out-of-specification and downgraded bales
Requirements:
DEC in agricultural technique, DEP in forest management or any other relevant discipline;
Proficient using the Office suite;
Sense of responsibility and good organizational skills;
Ability to work in a team
Conscientious, meticulous;
Valid driver's license;
Able to work independently, diligent and punctual;
Day times, evenings and weekend shifts during the harvest period, schedule of 40 - 50 hours per week, depending on the production and/or harvest needs
