Job Details:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on design-build tenant improvements
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
