Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Utilize provided leads lists as well as generate own leads to identify potential customers.
- Qualify leads by assessing the needs of the potential client and ensuring a good fit with our services/products.
2. Outreach and Communication:
- Execute cold calls and emails to potential clients to explain the value and benefits of our services/products.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with prospects.
3. Sales Presentation and Closure:
- Schedule and conduct phone and zoom meetings to showcase our offerings.
- Work diligently to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls, presentations, and closed sales.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
5. Feedback Collection:
- Collect and provide feedback from the market and customers to the sales and product teams.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggestions for improving sales processes.
6. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and sales best practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
