As our Solutions Architect you must share our passion for data-backed talent strategy, thrive in a dynamic environment, have the flexibility and willingness to jump in and get things done. You are equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives and talking shop with technical audiences. You act as the translator between client’s desired outcomes and technical requirements and the art of the possible with TN capabilities to design commercially viable and scalable solutions.
You will work hand-in-hand with our Data as a Service (DaaS) Product Management team, Marketing and Sales teams to differentiate our Talent DaaS solution. You will enjoy geeking out on API/data feed capabilities, data methodology and the latest in our machine learning and AI advancements. You are energized to connect the dots for our clients and prospects’ business needs and our suite of products – the TalentNeuron platform, our executive report capabilities and our API/Data feed solutions.
And ultimately, be energized by building our business by helping our customers feel that we’re easy to do business with, great listeners and smart partners and advisors.This role is co-located with our engineer and data science teams in Quebec City and reports to our VP of Data Engineering.
What You Will Bring:A Solutions oriented entrepreneurial mindset, with experience finding ways to creatively fill out gaps filling in the “last mile” between our offering and making it work for our client, with demonstrated ability and willingness to write Python, Pyspark and SQL code snippets to meet these needs.
Experience with leading iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft or CData
A problem-solver at heart, skilled in translating complex client requirements into scalable and efficient product solutions.
Experience serving in the capacity of a DaaS Solutions Architecture as an API and Data Feed products or as a technical management consultant
Experience with CHRO and HR leaders as customers
Experience supporting API integrations & implementation
Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills and most importantly be able to laugh and keep it real
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced technology company that is building the rocket while flying
Bachelors degree - major in Mathematics, Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
