You have experience managing short and /or long-term disability, and salary continuance claims, through the review of medical, socio-economical, and contractual factors.
You are skilled at collaborating with various parties to develop and implement interventions aimed at getting people back to health.
You show empathy and leadership in telephone interview techniques to draw up a holistic picture of all the elements relevant to the absence.
You know how to develop concrete action plans, establish effective strategies and make the appropriate and careful selection and use of internal and external tools to support timely recovery.
You are capable of coordinating and implementing sustainable returns to work based on ability and function.
You excel at providing service to members and clients to build trust and lasting relationships.
You appreciate taking part in client meetings and return to work planning.
You gain trust quickly when connecting with people and like to provide continuous improvement ideas based on their feedback.

You have experience or training in one of the following fields: health and wellness, life and health insurance, injury claims, or customer service excellence.

You are solutions driven and results focused.
Upper intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
