Job DescriptionArmour Transportation Systems is currently seeking a full-time OS&D Claims Analyst at our Moncton, NB location. The successful candidate will use dynamic problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to support our Claims Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and report OSD exceptions.
Consolidation of returns for major accounts
Processing claims for payment
Catalogue photo files.
Claims prevention
Dock walks
Other duties as required.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.
Ability to analyze information and draw appropriate conclusions.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and be attentive to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Alpha and Numeric Keyboarding/typing skills 40 wpm + accurately.
Technical Skills:
Experience and understanding of the TruckMate system is considered an asset.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Knowledge :
Understanding of warehouse operation and freight movement is considered an asset.
