In the Civil Practice Area at LEA, we provide preliminary and detailed design of civil services to land development, transit, municipal, water & MTO projects. we have contributed to many landmark projects in these sectors.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include: Oversee the delivery of Land Development from design to construction as an Engineer/Project Manager. Develop project plans by defining project timelines, creating schedules, and cost estimates, and overseeing project progress to make sure deliverables are met on time within the scope and budget, for both internal multi-disciplinary teams and sub-consultants. Prepare CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Civil3D and InRoads. Design of the site servicing (i.e., Storm, Sanitary and Water), site grading, Erosion and sediment control plans, Stormwater Management and LID measures. Servicing Studies and Environmental Assessments including hydraulic modelling, Condition Assessments, Sewer Capacity Analysis, Construction, and Life Cycle Project Costing. . Represent LEA as a consulting Engineer in meetings with different clients and stakeholders. Coordinate within the design team and sector leads Project Managers with schedules and day-to-day project management tasks. Assist in developing project specifications and cost estimates. Liaise with other departments and sub-consultants in coordinating technical aspects of the work under the direction of a Senior Engineer/Senior Project Manager. Manage project teams of designers and technicians.
