business to the next levelUtilizing our proprietary Management System and various resource tools to teach business and executive skills to our Members (clients)Facilitating group meetings to share ideas and best practices with business ownersCoaching business owners in 1on1 one-on-one meetings to drive accountability and resultsProviding feedback on business owners’ strategic plan and quarterly reviewsDesigning roadmaps to highlight Members’ priorities and strategic directionGenerating options to solve Members business problemsFollowing up with Members to ensure the training is implemented and executed to drive positive resultsTracking and reporting key Member success deliverablesChallenging Members on seeking a deeper understanding of specific business concepts, executive skills, and behaviours Acting as a resource for business owners to utilize the vendor partnership program The Company’s Approved Vendor Partner ecosystemSupporting and working with the Sales and Marketing Team, giving insights and feedback from your Member interactionsCollaborating with other coaches to develop best practices and contribute to the collective wealth of coaching resourcesEXPERIENCE REQUIREDLed, operated, or owned a successful construction/trades business (min. $5MM/yr revenue) and/or5+ years experience leading a high performing team of at least 8 people, including both executives and junior rolesExperience in implementing franchise-like systems and/or robust business processesExtensive business experience and understanding of multiple executive skill sets (i.e. operation performance management, recruitment, sales, financial management, etc.)Experience coaching/consulting in various settings including one on one, groups, in person, and virtuallyEntrepreneurial spirit with a strong business acumenStrong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgmentOutstanding written and verbal communication, including strong public speaking experiencePassion for continued improvement and sharing best practicesDemonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsWorkshop and training content development is an assetMust be
