To accomplish this end, we are partnering with communities to implement the Leader in Me process and make leadership a part of every child's education experience.As an Education Business Development Partner in the Education Division at FranklinCovey, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and promote FranklinCovey’s educational products and services in a designated territory or market segment.Essential Job FunctionsCreate an on-going business development and brand awareness strategy fora list of target schools utilizing assets and experiences created by education marketing.Researchtarget school districts, decision makers,andinfluencerstocreate prospecting strategies.Build outaccounts in Salesforce (CRM) with new leads and contactsto populate touchpoint campaigns.Utilize a combination ofcalls, emails, social media,marketing,and automated systems tocontactengaged prospects.Scheduleexploratorymeetingsbetween potentialclients andSales Executiveto move opportunities forward.Update and clean CRMdatabaseBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.Preferred Skills and Experience1+ years working in Education K-12.1+ years in a sales, marketing, or lead generation role.Master’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce and sales automation systems such as Outreach.io.Familiarity with the industry and market dynamics relevant to FranklinCovey solutions is a plus. Understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape helps in identifying growth opportunities.Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfortability interacting with prospects via phone, chat, and other methodsEnergized by continual growth, both professionally and personally.Anticipated compensation for this position is $60-63k CAD base salary plus $7k variable pay.
