Le poste de responsable du développement commercial est une fonction clé de croissance et de transformation au sein de TCS sur ce marché. La personne est responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies de développement commercial en vue de saisir de nouvelles occasions d’affaires dans divers secteurs d’activité. Il s’agit d’un rôle dynamique de génération de demande et de vente visant à gagner de nouveaux clients.
Les attentes à l’égard de ce poste
Créer et développer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires dans les secteurs de lavente au détail, des produits de consommation, des voyages, du transport et de l’hôtellerie et de la production manufacturière . Le rôle est principalement axé sur l’acquisition de nouveaux clients.
Générer une dynamique de marché et la demande pour le portefeuille de solutions et de services de TCS dans les secteurs d’activité mentionnés ci-dessus.
Établir des relations fonctionnelles transversales avec les dirigeants d’entreprise et s’engager activement auprès des cadres supérieurs des sociétés prospectées afin de nouer des relations stratégiques pour créer des débouchés commerciaux.
Avec l’écosystème de TCS, façonner de manière proactive les transactions importantes et les stratégies d’offre de services pour le segment cible.
Réaliser les objectifs de croissance de TCS, conclure des contrats, acquérir de nouveaux clients grâce à la génération dynamique de demandes, à la vente consultative et au leadership éclairé auprès de nos clients potentiels tout au long de leur parcours d’approvisionnement.
Informer les clients actuels et potentiels sur les tendances de l’industrie, de la technologie, de la transformation et des meilleures pratiques commerciales en faisant connaître les stratégies et réussites de TCS.Le profil recherché
Un minimum de 10 à 12 ans d’expérience en vente, principalement dans les secteurs de lavente au détail, des produits de consommation, des voyages, du transport et de l’hôtellerie et de la production manufacturière .
Une expérience et une capacité démontrées à créer de nouvelles occasions dans la région visée, avec un solide réseau dans cette région et dans les secteurs d’activité ciblés.
Le candidat doit de préférence avoir travaillé dans une société de services informatiques de premier plan et avoir une expérience préalable du travail avec des équipes internationales.
Une expérience avérée et des résultats probants dans la vente de technologies, de solutions et de services informatiques à de nouveaux clients ou à des clients potentiels. Une expérience de la vente de contrats intégrés pluriannuels de moyenne à grande envergure est souhaitée.
La maîtrise de la langue française est souhaitée.

This is a proactive demand generation and selling role aimed at acquiring new clients. The candidate will leverage TCS’s entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams, and industry SMEs to create demand and capture qualified opportunities.Expectation from the roleCreate and develop new business development and opportunities forRetail, Consumer products, Travel Transportation Hospitality, Consumer Business GroupandManufacturingverticalsThe role is primarily focused on new logo acquisitions.

Cross functional CXO relationships and actively engage with senior company executives of prospect organizations to build strategic relationships for business opportunities.
With TCS’ ecosystem to proactively shape large deals and proposal strategies for the target segment.
TCV growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos through proactive-demand generation, consultative selling and thought leadership to our prospects throughout their buying journey.
Prospects/ customers on current trends in industry, technology, transformation, and business best practices sharing TCS’ winning strategies and success stories.What we are looking forMinimum of 10- 12 years of overall selling experience with majority of the experience in selling toRetail, Consumer products, Travel Transportation Hospitality, Consumer Business GroupandManufacturingverticals
Demonstrated experience and ability in creating new opportunities for the defined location with a strong network in the region and target verticals.
Preferably worked in a leading IT services firm with prior experience of working with global teams.
Proven experience and success track record of sellingtechnology and ITsolutions and services to new or prospective customers. Experience in selling medium to large multiyear integrated deals will be preferred.
French language proficiency will be preferred.
