Overview: Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Business Analyst will participate in gathering of business requirements, submit change requests and complete testing for all changes affecting sales tools for the Residential Account Managers and Internal Sales Team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: Track process of Sales projects and provide Sales Management with regular updates Provide users with technical support Provide reporting for sales team as requested Review underwriting changes and ensure that they are captured in sales materials Perform regular audits of sales materials to ensure accuracy Ensure sales focused sections of Merlin Online and Arthur are kept up to date Support project planning as required Complete other duties as assigned Skills and Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to transfer and /or breakdown business information and explain business requirements to internal and external contacts or groups Strong analytical (critical thinking) and problem-solving skills (trouble shooting) Ability to work in a dynamic environment blending both new and older technologies Ability to self-motivate, prioritize and meet deadlines Education/Certification/Experience Requirements: Completed post-secondary education in a related field and / or 3+ years residential mortgage experience required 2+ years’ experience with Merlin and First National systems an asset.
