PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITS Fournir des conseils sur les questions du droit du travail et de lemploi divers clients, y compris de petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises. Interprter et analyser tous les lois, rglements et accords relatifs aux questions du droit du travail. Ngocier les accords et prparer les contrats de travail. La gestion des crises et fournir des conseils stratgiques en matire de harclement. Reprsenter les clients devant les tribunaux et les cours, prparer des opinions, et reprsenter les dfendeurs dans des poursuites civiles et des procdures rglementaires pnales. EXIGENCES Membre du Barreau du Qubec 3 5 ans d'exprience en droit du travail et de l'emploi, acquis en cabinet d'avocats ou au sein dune entreprise. Exprience dans la rdaction de contrats. Confort et exprience en dveloppement des affaires. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide counsel in labour and employment issues to various clients, including small, medium, and large-sized businesses. Interpret and analyze all laws, regulations and agreements relating to labour issues. Negotiate agreements and prepare employment contracts. Crisis management, and strategic advice pertaining to harassment issues. Representing clients before tribunals and courts and preparing opinions, making submissions, and representing defendants in civil actions and penal regulatory proceedings. QUALIFICATIONS Member of the Quebec Bar 3-5 years experience in labour and employment law, acquired in a law firm or in-house. Experience in drafting contracts and agreements. Comfort and experience in business development. Demonstrated experience providing high quality service to internal and external clients.
