With us, you’ll get the opportunity to Coach, advise and support Hiring ManagersBe an ambassador for the firm’s culture and the quality of the candidate experience.Define and revised talent attraction strategies.Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, mainly for passive candidate sourcing.Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more.Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA.Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups.Coordinate pre-employment screening.Prepare job offers together with HR business partners and managers.Complete assigned talent attraction projects in collaboration with other team members. Summary Of Certifications And Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Communications or other relevant program of studyAt least 8 years of experience in talent attractionExcellent ability and interest in using new technologiesKnowledge of best practices in seeking candidatesAbility to handle several files simultaneouslyInterest in occasional short trips to BBA officesStrong knowledge of the MS Office SuiteBlingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
