Position: Mergers and Acquisitions Administrative Assistant

Salary: $55k to $65k + 2.5-4% bonus

Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a fulfilling role in a dynamic environment? Our client’s Mergers and Acquisitions team is seeking an Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Legal experience is not required; they are open to candidates from professional services backgrounds.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency to deal with international clients
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word 90% + PowerPoint 80% + Outlook 85%+)
- Cegep level education or equivalent
As an Administrative Assistant for the Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Prepare and modify letters, agreements, contracts, and various documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Reformat, scan, print, copy, and fax documents as needed
- Provide comparisons using Workshare Compare
- Enter data into CRM (Interaction)
- Assist lawyers with business development projects
- Manage Outlook, including scheduling and email management
- Enter time entries in case management system (CMS)
- Prepare prebills and monthly invoices
- Assist with all legal administrative tasks as required
