We are looking for a highly capable Project Accountant to provide our operations team with accounting support. As a Project Accountant, you will be required to report to the Head of Operations and manage all project accounting, bills and invoices. Your duties will also include reviewing budgets, interacting with partners, and administering EnergyPals proprietary software system.
To be successful as a project accountant, you should have experience in accounting and the ability to provide company management and partners with accurate financial information. Project Accountant Responsibilities: Reviewing project milestones, receivables and deposits to identify discrepancies. Providing management and partners with timely financial reports.
Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner. Monitoring receivable income and supporting the company with collections. Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying bills.
