ABILITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
PEOPLE & TALENT OPERATIONS
NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for someone dedicated to making a difference to join our Talent Operations team as an Ability Management Specialist. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Operations, the Ability Management Specialist will play a key role in the effective development and implementation of an Ability Management program that positively impacts organizational outcomes anAd employee engagement in ways that support equitable and inclusive experiences for all.
This role supports NorQuest through partnership with employees, People leaders, external parties, and union/ association partners. They are responsible for managing cases and coordinating workplace accommodations for non-work-related illnesses and injuries, ensuring a safe and sustainable return to work experience for NorQuesters. Success in this role will be achieved by contributing to NorQuest’s culture as a champion for our Q’s (values) especially living out ‘be compassionate’ and ‘find ways forward’.

SALARY: $87,095 - $108,899 reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
