Your main responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to onboard products to the strategic identity platform.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, and present finalized solutions.
Work closely with CIAM engineering and architecture to clearly define these solutions.
Developing comprehensive priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Lead developer scrum teams and ensure that product backlogs are up to date and prioritized with stories.
Leverage your technical knowledge of web technologies and APIs to make informed decisions during product development.
Collaborate effectively with the delivery team to ensure the feasibility and optimal execution of technical solutions.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Update Aha/Azure DevOps and any downstream reporting documentation.
Review operational performance metrics.
Coordinate messaging to stakeholders during and after incidents.
Help communicate changes to platform in Working Group, Atrium, ADO Wiki, etc.
Key Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience as product manager or product owner; preferred experience in customer identity space and platform development.
Strong technical background with an understanding of APIs and identity management is preferred.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional scrum teams.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum processes/ceremonies.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
History of partnering and collaborating with architects and engineers in writing clear user stories.#J-18808-Ljbffr
