LifeWorks NW'sĀ Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Coordinator II is a core contributor to the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team. The QAPI team is the primary point of contact for clinical documentation and compliance questions. The Coordinator II executes customer service activities related to clinical documentation and compliance, including creating and leading staff training on these topics as needed. The Coordinator II audits charts, participates/leads quality improvement projects and change management initiatives, and works to develop the skills necessary to lead quality improvement and change management work independently. The Coordinator II investigates HIPAA violations and fraud, waste and abuse reports, responds to client and staff complaints, conducts internal audits, and prepares for state/country relicensing external audits.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Sylvan site.
