Key Responsibilities

• HIM: Head Field Guide / Assistant Reserve Manager — Host guests, conduct guided game drives and bush walks, ensure guest safety, deliver exceptional guiding experiences, assist with reserve management (habitat monitoring, conservation tasks), handle game vehicle and equipment maintenance, manage infrastructure upkeep (roads, fencing, water systems), supervise staff and contractors, assist with maintenance when required.
• HER: Assistant Lodge Manager, Marketing and Reservations — Hosting and general lodge duties, assist across lodge operations (housekeeping, kitchen, front‑of‑house), support guest relations and check‑ins, marketing and social media, administration and reservations support, assist with F&B, stock control and staff coordination.
