            Core Skills & Experience  Strong experience in ensuring digital systems and services are secure by design 
Expertise in implementing risk‑based security controls across systems and networks 
Strong knowledge of Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, and IoT security standards 
Experience ensuring compliance across development, deployment, and operational phases of critical systems and national infrastructure 
Hands‑on experience managing Zero‑Trust security implementation projects and information security applications 
Expertise in Dark Web tracking & investigation, DLP, IAM, and Information Classification tools (BigID, Forte) 
Strong focus on user security awareness, secure practices, and cybersecurity governance 
Language skills: Arabic, English
