Job Description Youth Work
Jointly with your team, you will study, propose, and set up intervention structures, applying proven framework to reach out to youths in C3’s programmes
Provide social work support and develop intervention plan for clients in the Youth programme in schools with the ultimate goal of improving the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing
You are required to work closely with key personnel from school to take on tier 2 and 3 students, and provide specific support and work schools to achieve identified outcomes
Plan, execute and evaluate on-going youth programmes and services
Conduct analysis of community needs, develop, implement, and grow the C3 Youth programmes and services
