Job Description:

The role of the youth pastor is to be the primary spiritual guide for students from 6th grade to th grade at Grace Chapel.

We desire to see the youth ministries at Grace Chapel buzzing with junior high and high school students who are growing in their love for Christ and are excited about sharing their faith.

We desire our youth pastor to relate effectively with our students and support them through biblical teaching, prayer, advice and being a godly example. We desire our youth pastor to model passion for the lost and an eagerness to evangelize. We also desire our youth pastor to model a love for Jesus and the Bible.

We want our youth ministry to have a reputation for being fun and inviting. We want our junior and senior high ministry to be designed around two competing ideas. One.
