£107–£115 per day | Full-Time | Immediate Start & September 2026

Camden’s specialist provisions are recruiting Youth Mentors to support young people facing SEMH, anxiety, trauma and emotionally based school avoidance.

Responsibilities

• This role is about relationship‑building first — helping young people feel safe, regulate emotionally and re‑engage with education.

Qualifications

• It suits candidates from youth work, mentoring, care, criminology or psychology backgrounds who want real, impactful work outside a traditional classroom structure.
• No formal teaching background needed.
• What matters is patience, consistency and a genuine ability to connect.
