The Youth Co-ordinator, on a 3-month contract with a local authority, will support young people aged 14–29 in accessing education, employment, and training opportunities. This role is crucial in coordinating programs, engaging with youth, and building strong partnerships with employers, education providers, and key stakeholders to guide young people towards positive destinations.
Responsibilities
Map and maintain an up-to-date understanding of local and regional opportunities available to young people, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Engage directly with young people to understand their needs and support them into education, training, or employment pathways.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, training providers, employers, DWP, and internal teams.
