We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Yard Administrator to support daily yard operations and ensure accurate documentation, inventory control, and coordination of container movements.
Key Responsibilities - Update and maintain records of container in/out movements.
- Ensure stacking lists are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct weekly checks on reusable containers stored in the yard and report to the Operations team.
- Maintain overall yard container inventory and provide regular updates to the person in charge.
- Prepare and update seal invoices.
- Prepare and submit required operational documents to the relevant office.
- Coordinate washing and painting schedules for containers when required.
