Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite.
Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to implement reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice.
Check Sub-Contractors' work to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations.
Carry out site WSHE programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, WSHE orientation, WSHE induction, promotional activities, etc.
Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Officer for any non-compliance.
Recommend and ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for all site activities.
Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations.
