Responsibilities:
• Monitor and measure the company's SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) activities, including preparation of monthly/quarterly statistics and reports • Conduct Safety Induction sessions for all new employees and ensure proper onboarding on safety protocols • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health legal requirements, including annual ISO 45001 and BizSAFE certification audits • Promote SHE awareness through activities, campaigns, and internal initiatives to support certification and award achievements • Assist the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing safety-related equipment and materials • Apply for WSH performance awards with the WSH Council and manage all related documentation • Act as the SGSecure representative for the company and conduct awareness sessions on national safety and security initiatives • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance, identify hazards, and recommend preventive or corrective actions • Provide adviso...
