            Job Description Implement and monitor the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system to ensure compliance with safety standards 
Conduct daily safety inspections on site to identify and address hazards promptly 
Collaborate with sub-contractors’ supervisors to conduct safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols 
Verify that all machinery and equipment on site are in good working condition and possess necessary certifications 
Ensure all workers on site are to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times 
Conduct safety talks and briefings to communicate safety procedures and updates effectively 
Lead daily toolbox meetings with sub-contractors to reinforce safety practices and address concerns 
Conduct safety induction programs for new workers to familiarize them with site safety requirements
