Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Wound Closure and Biosurgery platform strategies for the Middle East region, translating regional strategies into actionable plans.
• Ensure alignment of Middle East priorities with EMEA Franchise imperatives and represent regional needs at the EMEA platform level.
• Identify customer needs, develop disease‑state and procedure insights, and analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, medical associations, and public authorities.
• Conduct market research, create launch strategies, manage regulatory, reimbursement, supply‑chain, pricing, and sales training plans, and incorporate KOL feedback.
