EDUCATION:

  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current New York State licensure as a Registered Professional nurse.

  Prefer Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 

  
  

SKILLS:

  Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in medical/surgical, rehabilitation nursing.

  Certified Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) preferred

  Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) required
