Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Salary: £50K + Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00-16:45

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Supervisor to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and has experience within a heavy engineering industry. Due to business growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Supervisor who will be 50% hands-on in the workshop, and 50% supervisor duties.

• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Managing a small team of engineers to ensure orders are on schedule.
