You will ensure Watchmakers and Technicians correctly diagnose all watches received into the department within the defined timeframe, reporting their findings on New CS Repair System to ensure an accurate estimate is sent to the customer and/or the correct work is carried out in the workshop
You will take care that the production levels of your team meet the agreed weekly production levels according to the company's Standard Times of Operation
You will be the main point of communication between your team and the rest of the After Sales Service Department
