Lead and supervise mechanics and workshop staff across all estates. 
Ensure timely repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles, machinery, and equipment. 
Monitor equipment condition and ensure minimal downtime to support estate operations. 
Maintain proper service schedules and records for all assets. 
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. 
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to mechanics. 
Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies. 
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of mechanisation programs across estates. 
Ensure all mechanisation equipment is properly maintained and utilized efficiently. 
Work closely with the Mechanisation Coordinator to improve productivity through mechanisation.
