            Job Duties  Perform good control of stock movement and proper recording 
Arrange delivery of goods to customer/agent/urgent request 
Check stock availability to the operation department 
Assist accounting department with quarterly stock-take 
Assist to prepare new car for workshop loading to sales to meet customer-required delivery date and quality. 
Assist in monitoring and daily closing of vehicle Repair Order meet the required SOPs 
Assist in new car warranty claims and submits to Warranty Department and monitor and dispose of warranty replacement parts in warranty storeroom 
Plan & prepare daily PDI loading list, prepare job order for every car 
Work and plan closely with Workshop Supervisor for productive loading. 
Assist in administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations 
To perform any other admin duties as and when needed
