  • Develop detailed workshop manual content and repair procedures for use by service technicians and dealer networks.

  • Estimate and validate service repair times using recognised timing methodologies.

  • Create supporting 3D visual content and animations using technical authoring and CAD visualisation tools.

  • Publish and maintain technical documentation within digital service information systems.

  • Conduct practical validation activities where required to ensure repair methods are accurate, achievable, and correctly timed.
