Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards while leading a team of skilled technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules ensuring that all equipment is serviced timely to prevent downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections identifying and addressing issues promptly to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor workshop staff fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices in repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

A minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred. At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a workshop environment, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
