 Job Responsibilities  Provide technical support and repair guidance to dealership workshops. 
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues on-site, working closely with workshop teams. 
Submit technical cases to the manufacturer and follow up on repair solutions. 
Conduct technical training and coaching for workshop staff. 
Monitor and analyze vehicle repair data to identify recurring issues and support problem resolution. 
Drive continuous improvements in technical service and repair processes.
