We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Workshop Engineer (Turbomachinery) to join our growing operations at the KEZAD Free Zone facility in Abu Dhabi. This role is a cornerstone of our technical team, responsible for the engineering integrity and successful execution of complex projects involving steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps. As a Workshop Engineer, you will independently lead technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and schedule. You will bridge the gap between high-level engineering theory and shop‑floor execution, providing the technical expertise necessary to improve product systems, innovate new processes, and maintain our competitive edge in the turbomachinery industry.
The Workshop Engineer carries a broad mandate covering project management, advanced technical analysis, and cross‑functional leadership.
