A Principal Contractor, operating throughout England and Wales, delivering multi-disciplinary buildings and civil engineering projects for Network Rail and other infrastructure clients is looking for a Works Delivery Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join their established team in Wigan.
As a Works Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the management of multiple Network Rail and rail related infrastructure contracts, including planned and reactive works.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Wigan, the role will involve working on projects throughout the North West & Central Region.
In order to carry out some of the main functions of the role, you will also need to have an excellent understanding of design drawings and a commercial awareness of cost monitoring and cost value reconciliation.
