Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking a Landowner Liaison/Works Coordinator to join our Field Support team in Palmerston North. This role provides essential administration and coordination support to ensure landowner liaison activities and works programs run smoothly. You will manage landowner communications, maintain accurate records and support project managers, supervisors and field teams to meet operational and client requirements.
Tasks and duties
- Managing the Clients Landowner Liaison database, ensuring the information is up to date, relevant and accurate.
- Updating the in‑house Resource Plan with Landowner Liaison information and notes.
- Liaising with landowners directly to ascertain access to their property and maintaining good relationships.
- Mailing outs to landowners with correct information relevant to the work scope for the month.
- Working closely with the Scheduler to ensure monthly client targets are met.
