**What You'll Do**:
This role is responsible for the overall management and P&L of the portfolio, ensuring financial and operational success.
Coordinates real estate, property management, construction projects, operations, maintenance, food, and technical services.
Cultivates an outstanding workplace environment and serves as the primary point of escalation for the site, ensuring flawless resolution of issues.
