We’re excited to be looking for a new Workplace Solutions (Facilities) Team Leader where you’ll provide day‑to‑day Facilities Management services for our workplace ecosystem and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalation issues and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Incident Response Team duties, and Fire Risk Assessments for buildings.
- Engage with colleagues, providing excellent service, managing difficult conversations, and resolving workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate reporting and compliance assurance.
- Continuously look for ways to improve colleague journeys and implement new ideas and solutions.
Qualifications
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (must travel between offices).
